Connect a child
A parent creates an account and receives a family code. A child uses that code once during signup. Never post the code publicly.
Quest approvals
When a child marks a quest complete, it appears in the parent approval queue. Rewards should be added only after approval.
Password help
Parents can reset a connected child’s password. Adult recovery must use a time-limited private recovery process; contact support if recovery is unavailable.
