QIDNEST FAMILY TRUST
Privacy
QidNest is designed to collect only the information needed to run private family quests.
Information used
Parent accounts use an email or username. Child accounts use a display name or nickname, username, family connection, quests, approvals, rewards, and savings goals. Children do not need an email.
Why it is used
We use this information to authenticate accounts, connect a private family, assign and approve quests, calculate progress, and provide support and security.
Sharing and visibility
QidNest does not provide public child profiles or child-to-child messaging. Family information should only be visible to authorized members and platform administrators who need it for support or safety.
Retention and choices
Account and quest records are retained while the family uses QidNest and for a limited backup or security period after deletion. The exact retention schedule is a product and legal TODO before launch. Parents can request access, correction, export, or deletion.
Legal review required: This product text explains current design intentions and is not a claim of compliance. Specialized counsel must review it before broad launch.
